Boodle Fight
Immerse yourself in the rich and vibrant flavors of the Philippines with our Filipino Feast experience. Don’t let the name “boodle fight” put you off – it hearkens back to the Filipino army-style of eating wherein hierarchy between officers and enlisted men are set aside as they eat together. Food is served on banana leaves instead of plates and eaten with your hands instead of utensils. We will seat you at our Family Kamayan Table, the heart of our restaurant.
7 Course Tasting Menu
Our seven course tasting menu will walk guests through the history of the Philippines as an introduction to Filipino cuisine. From native fruits, root crops, and fish to the influences of Spain, Mexico, China, India, Japan, and the United States, all have shaped Pinoy cuisine. Many are drawn to the familiarity and then become enamored by the unique combinations of sour and sweet in the adaptation to local cooking techniques and flavors.
Sunday Buffet
Looking for the perfect Sunday outing with your loved ones? Join us at Lasang Pinoy for a delightful Filipino Sunday Buffet designed especially for families! You can assemble your own “silogs”: Tap–si–log = tapa (cured beef) + sinangag (garlic fried rice) + itlog (fried eggs) and other meat options, enjoy Tsokolate de Batirol (Filipino hot chocolate), just-baked pandesal, fresh fruit, steamy arroz caldo, and champorado (chocolate rice)! Sundays 10-2pm. Family/Group packages available.
